訂購須知

1. 歡迎使用「評價」功能，向我們提供意見或分享你的作品，或透過電郵(hkstem.club@gmail.com)分享你的作品/教學，本公司會提供空間給大家分享，惟本公司保留所有刊登的權利。

2. 先付款，後發貨，我們會在確認收到付款後 5-7 個工作天內發貨 (視乎貨存, 部份產品可更快出貨)。

3. 所有訂單以港幣計算。

4. 訂單可使用匯豐轉帳, FPS轉數快, Paypal 付款 (Paypal支持VISA, Mastercard, AE等信用卡), Payme, Paypal 付款可即時確認，銀行轉帳 / FPS 約需1個工作天確認, 入數後請透過電郵或Whatsapp 傳送給我們，並保留入數紙。

5. 如須要求報價，可填寫「要求報價」頁面 或 直接電郵 hkstem.club@gmail.com ，我們會以盡快以電郵回覆報價。

6. 送貨建議使用順豐速遞, 運費計算方法:

   1. 訂單未滿$50:
      • 本地平郵一律 $5運費 (使用本地平郵, 買家須承擔郵寄風險)。
      • 順豐速遞一律$30運費, 送貨地點包括 住宅 / 學校／工商區 / 順豐站，下單時請緊記輸入電話號碼。
   2. 訂單滿$50
      • 免本地平郵費用 (買家須承擔郵寄風險)
      • 順豐速遞運費$30,送貨地點包括 住宅 / 學校／工商區 / 順豐站，下單時請緊記輸入電話號碼。
   3. 訂單滿$500
      • 免本地送遞費用,  送貨地點包括本地住宅 / 學校／工商區 / 順豐站），下單時請緊記輸入電話號碼
   4. 順豐自取的地點包括 順豐站或順豐自提點。

NOTICE

2. Payment before delivery of goods. We will ship the order within 5-7 days after the confirmation of payment. (Depending on the stock, some products can be shipped earlier)
3. All the orders must be settled in Hong Kong Dollar.

5. You can request a quotation by sending us an email (hkstem.club@gmail.com) of fill in the form in the page “Request for Quotation”, we will reply you though email as soon as possible.
6. We suggestion to use SF Express for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the following:
   1. Order under $50
   $5 for surface mail, the risk are borne by customers.
   $30 for SF Express, place of delivery including all residential and specific areas in Hong Kong include: Outlying Islands, Hong Kong and Kowloon District Governments, Public Affairs Agencies and Schools
   Shunfeng store / SF service point / smart cabinet self-acquisition: for the SF Express service center, SF station and the smart cabinet address.

   2. Order $50 or above
   Free for surface mail, the risk are borne by customers.
   $30 for SF Express, place of delivery including all residential and specific areas in Hong Kong include: Outlying Islands, Hong Kong and Kowloon District Governments, Public Affairs Agencies and Schools
   Shunfeng store / SF service point / smart cabinet self-acquisition: for the SF Express service center, SF station and the smart cabinet address.

   3, Order $500 or above
